Office Manager

Erika Diaz joined GoldRiver Orchards in 2013 and serves as its Office Manager. She wears many hats for the company, including certain areas of financial management, contract preparation, preparation of document packages for the company’s customers, human resources management, and sales and marketing support.

She also serves the vitally important role of being the company’s chief ambassador—typically the person answering incoming phone calls, greeting guests who walk in the door, and serving a our best role model for GoldRiver’s mantra of being “friendly and helpful”.

Erika has spent more than 20 years in the food industry. She and her husband have four children and enjoy their annual vacation to Guadalajara, Mexico. She is also the author of many practical jokes over the years at the expense of her co-workers. Fortunately, she’s also a good sport when the joke gets turned on her.
